Desktop & Premier Support Officer

Our federal Government client is seeking a Desktop Support Officer at the APS 3 or 4 level to join the Desktop Services Team in Canberra. 

The team\'s main responsibility is to support the department€™s IT requirements and provide/facilitate technical advice as required.  
 
You will be required to Provide 1st and 2nd Level support and assistance to clients of the department and provide general desktop hardware/software and other associated IT hardware/software maintenance and fault diagnosis.

We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in Microsoft Technologies including Windows, XP/7, Office 2003/2007, AD, and well developed analytical abilities €“ in particular the ability to conceptualise in the resolution of procedural and system faults.

A current Australian drivers license is essential as is the ability to obtain a security clearance. All candidates will undergo an AFP police check.
