Graduate / Under Graduate Mechanical Engineer - HVAC
Our client is a reputable mechanical contractor with extensive experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning and related mechanical services projects from design to implementation.
Due to an internal promotion, they need a graduate or undergraduate (3rd years) mechanical engineer to undertake detail design of on a vast range of mechanical services projects.
The successful Graduate or Undergraduate will be responsible for:
- Developing scope and design criteria for equipments
- Preparing engineering calculations
- Selecting the materials and components required for manufacture and procurement of equipment
- Writing technical specifications and document review
Necessary requirements for the position:
- Degree in Mechanical engineering or
- 1 or 2 years local experience in mechanical services
- AutoCAD skills
- Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
