The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant for our Canberra office. Running a very warm desk, you will be responsible for actively marketing our services and creating opportunities for candidates.

Requirements of the role
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous recruitment agency experience or business development experience combined with a strong understanding of delivery recruitment solutions and recruitment process
• The ability to deliver high quality outcomes for your clients
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong solutions focus
• Tenacity and self-motivation and the ability to demonstrate your high level of organisational skills through prospecting, securing new business opportunities, closing sales as well as maintaining a sales pipeline

Our consultants come from a wide variety of backgrounds, but share a common spirit that is smart, entrepreneurial, innovative, professional and service-oriented. We would welcome Records, Library or Information Management experience.
